Pact for Skills: mobilising all partners to invest in skills
Launched in November 2020, the Pact for Skills represents a new governance model for skills to help meet COVID-19 challenges and deliver on the ambitions of the recovery pathway, the European industrial strategy and the green and digital transitions. Industry, public and private employers, social partners, education and training providers and employment agencies are called to work together and to create a shared vision and action. During the live discussion, the intervening speakers will share their view on the Pact, its benefits and potential.
This 6th EAfA Live Discussion will be chaired by Chiara Riondino, Head of Unit at DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, and moderated by the expert Andrea Broughton. The speakers will include representatives of the automotive sector, regional authorities, VET providers, large and small companies.
The discussion will take place on Tuesday 19th January, from 10:30 until 12:30 CET. To participate, please register here. You will receive further information on how to join the meeting after the registration.
