Third Virtual Café – CRES Association
September 8 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
CRES Association is pleased to invite you to the third “Virtual Café”
“The relevance of Quality Assurance in Education and Training”
scheduled for next
Tuesday, 8th of September 2020 at 3:00 p.m. CET.
Quality Assurance in VET is intended as measures set up to verify that effective processes and procedures ensure the quality improvement of VET.
Educators, business leaders, and policymakers in EU Member States aim at aligning VET programs offered with the demand in the labour market to narrow the gap between knowledge and skills students acquire in schools and those (KS) needed to succeed in the increasingly global, technology-infused 21st century workplace.
The focus of the webinar will be put on how a quality VET responds to labour market demand and individual needs, enabling learners to be engaged in meaningful learning and employers to know that certified personnel have the competences stated in their certification.
Furthermore, quality VET can also be appreciated across the European labour market as there is recognition of qualifications across all Europe.
The subject will be dealt with the following relevant speakers:
Opening session: M. Spatafora, President, CRES Association (IT)
Main Speakers: V. Anastasopoulou, Director of Development & International Projects Department, DIMITRA Education&Consulting (EL)
A.Rashidi, Director Department for International Cooperation, FOLKUNIVERSITETET (SE)
The webinar will last approximately 1 hour and will be held in English language.
